Witch Way? is the winner of the 2024 Observer/Faber Graphic Short Story Prize. It is an autobiographical story, drawing (on) my own experiences of working in a warehouse while dreaming of doing something else. However, I (sadly) am not a witch and I do not have a rat as a companion. I was hoping that this story would resonate with anyone who has struggled to find their own way, and it seems to have worked: Witch Way? won the Short Story Prize.
